Contemporary unconventional and hybrid threats pose unique and complex challenges that require a different approach to training. This is where our OPFOR comes in.
Our OPFOR is uniquely positioned to create bespoke training scenarios that reflect real-life events and known insurgent tactics. These scenarios are designed to challenge trainees in ways that conventional training simply cannot replicate. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of activities, including shoots, sabotage scenarios, informer networks, and logistics operations.
Our insurgent scenarios are fully customised to the clients needs, allowing for dynamic interaction between participants and a wide range of tactical and moral dilemmas. Our scenarios aim to replicate the complex and challenging environments that military and law enforcement personnel may find themselves in, ensuring that they are fully prepared to tackle any situation that may arise.
At the heart of our training program is the belief that real-world scenarios are the best way to prepare personnel for the challenges that they may face. By immersing trainees in realistic scenarios that reflect contemporary threats, we equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to make informed decisions and respond effectively to any situation.
Rebels/Insurgents
Similar to enemy party but dressed and equipped to replicate armed civilians – tactics would also be less ridged.
Green Force
A local army that is not against NZDF, this role can be both hostile or friendly but would be similar to conventional but in a peace keeping style role.
Foreign Services
Intel gathering against NZDF on an exercise as an example.
Piracy
Waterborne armed criminals seeking to take control of vessels (based on foreign waters).
Protests
Safety – All training and employment is developed with safety in mind. Role-players are given first aid training and skills to support safe practice in both environmental and occupational outputs.
