THE BELOW APPLICATION FORM WILL TAKE AROUND 15 MINUTES. YOU WILL NEED COPIES OF YOUR IDENTIFICATION.
This needs to be completed prior to joining us on the Selection Event. It has important medical and and work status questions that will confirm your eligibility to work for OPFOR. It is intended for candidates that have applied and understand the basic requirements of OPFOR.
